FileMint helps you convert, organize, and export documents and images. We design the app to keep supported conversions on-device whenever possible. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you control your information.

Offline-first by design.

We do not upload your documents for conversion, cloud storage, or AI model training.

Information We Collect

Account and device identifiers, such as user ID, install ID, and device metadata.
Usage and feature counters to measure limits, reliability, and performance.
Support messages you submit from the app.
Payment and subscription records from Google Play or Apple App Store.

File Processing

FileMint processes supported files entirely offline on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your documents, images, or PDFs for conversion.

Payment Data

Store providers process payments and send us transaction and subscription signals for verification. These records may include product identifiers, purchase tokens, order IDs, region, currency, displayed price, purchase status, renewal status, expiry date, refund or revocation status, and retry details.

How We Use Information

Operate the app, enforce plan limits, and prevent fraud.
Verify purchases and restore entitlements across devices.
Respond to support questions and improve reliability.

Data Safety

FileMint does not collect or share personal files such as documents, images, or PDFs. Supported file processing happens locally on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, such as payment platforms and limited analytics for reliability.

Data Retention

We keep account and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to minimize risk.

Children's Privacy

FileMint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your Choices

You can delete local files directly in the app or on your device.
You can manage subscriptions and refunds through your store account.
You can request account support through the in-app feedback screen.
