These Terms govern your use of FileMint and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use FileMint.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and device.

License and Acceptable Use

We grant a personal, non-transferable license to use FileMint on your devices. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass usage limits, or reverse engineer the service.

Use of Application

You agree to use FileMint only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to process illegal or copyrighted material without permission.

Offline-first Conversions

Supported conversions run locally on your device. Some features may require network access for account verification, payments, or support.

Plans, Billing, and Store Terms

Premium plans are delivered through the store configured for your platform, such as Google Play or Apple App Store. The app shows the plan title, billing period, renewal note, and localized price before purchase.

• Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled through your store account.
• Lifetime plans are one-time purchases for the entitlement scope shown at checkout.
• Refunds, grace periods, billing retry, expiry, and revocation are controlled by the store provider.
• Restore purchase is available for supported store purchases on the same store account.

Availability and Changes

We may update the app, change features, or stop offering parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide continuity and notice where possible.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

FileMint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using FileMint at any time. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or a legal requirement to do so.
